Abhyanga Massage (Ayurvedic): Abhyanga massage is a gentle but firm whole body massage from head to toe using warm medicated oils. Oils are chosen according to the prakruti (psychosomatic constitution) and the illness.

Acupuncture: Fine needles are inserted at specific points to stimulate, disperse and regulate the flow of chi, or vital energy, and restore a healthy energy balance.

Algae Therapy:  Healing baths with nutrient-rich sea algae.

Ayurveda: practiced in India for over 5,000 years. Ayurvedic tradition holds that illness is a state of imbalance among the body’s systems and can be detected through such diagnostic procedures as reading the pulse and observing the tongue. Nutritional counseling, massage, natural medications, meditation and other modalities are used to address a spectrum of ailments, from allergies to AIDS.

Bioenergetics: holds that repressed emotions and desires affect the body and psyche by creating chronic muscular tension and diminished vitality and energy. Through physical exercises, breathing techniques, verbal psychotherapy, or other forms of emotional-release work, the therapist attempts to loosen this character armor and restore natural well-being.

Brain Gym: Brain Gym includes 26 easy and enjoyable targeted activities that integrate body and mind to bring about rapid and often dramatic improvements in concentration, memory, reading, writing, organizing, listening, physical coordination, and more”.

Chi Kung: Chi Kung is an ancient Taoist path of spiritual advancement using meditation, as well as breath and energy control. Masters of Chi Kung are able to raise, control, and direct personal and universal life force and use this subtle energy to open specific energy channels within the body and aura. These energy channels include the meridians used in acupuncture, the Jara lines of Chi Kung, the seven main chakras and the multitude of minor chakras.

Chi Nei Tsang: Humans often develop energy blockages in their internal organs from negative emotions such as fear, anger, anxiety, depression and worry. Problems can also be caused by over-work, stress, accidents, surgery, drugs, toxins, poor food and bad posture. Chi Nei Tsang is a method to clear this blocked energy. It clears out the toxins, bad emotions and excessive (or deficient) heat that cause organs to dysfunction.

Chromatic Whirlpool Massage: Therapeutic air bath systems providing light full-body massage through strategically placed air jets. The jets produce thousands of tiny bubbles that relax muscles and stimulate circulation. Combined with chromatherapy, or light and color, which have been recognized as having an affect on human bio-rhythms and life equilibrium.

Colon Hydrotherapy:  involves the cleansing of the large intestine with warm purified  water. A single colonic treatment is said to be equivalent to several enemas in removing  toxic debris from the colon.

Crystal Reiki: Reiki incorporating the use of crystals.

Ear Candling: Also called Ear Coning. Involves placing the narrow end of a specially designed hollow candle at the entry of the ear canal, while the opposite end is lit. Primarily used for relieving wax build up and related hearing problems, ear candling is also used for ear infections and sinus infections.

Egyptian Anointing: The basis of the Egyptian Anointing is deeply relaxing massage evolving into the anointing of the seven charkas with sacred oils combined with gemstones to magnify the potency of the oils and your intentions.

Enzyme Therapy: a form of therapy that employs supplements of plant and animal enzymes to improve digestive function and other conditions. During digestion, the body’s own digestive enzymes are not the only ones at work; the enzymes present in raw fruits and vegetables also contribute to the breakdown of food in the stomach. Enzyme therapy advocates supplementation to reduce the work that the body has to do, and because plant enzymes are destroyed in cooking. Since enzymes can’t be synthetically manufactured, supplements are derived from plants or from animal tissues. Some practitioners inject liquid enzymes to treat cancer and multiple sclerosis. Enzyme supplements are available over the counter, singly or in combination, in capsule, tablet, powder, and liquid form.

Far Infrared Saunas: When infrared rays hit your skin, they transfer heat energy, which proponents say penetrates more than an inch and a half into the body to heal and stimulate tissues, making it an effective therapy for arthritis and tissue injuries.

Full Moon Bath: On the day of the full moon the healing process of the body is at it's peak as is its absorption potential. At full moon, the body will absorb the most minerals from the salt bath. The mineral materials penetrate and are absorbed into the skin in the form of ions. Bioenergetic weak points are harmonized and the body's own energy flow is activated

Practitioners analyze muscle function, posture, gait and other structural factors in addition to inquiring about lifestyle factors that may be contributing to a health-related problem.

Live Blood Analysis: Live Blood Analysis uses a drop of live blood from the patient's finger that has not been killed by staining, and viewed under a special microscope using a darkfield condenser. This enables the blood sample to be illuminated from the sides, making the various components phosphoresce behind a dark background. This makes it possible to see very small particles, smaller than a cell that would not normally be visible under a normal light microscope. The examination of live blood is valuable for the early detection of serious health conditions.

Lymphatic ExerciseThe lymphatic system, unlike the circulatory system, has no pump to move lymph fluid. Any form of exercise that incorporates major muscle groups and deep breathing will encourage lymph flow. Muscle movement squeezes lymph vessels. The fluid is then moved toward the subclavian veins near the heart. One-way valves in the vessels prevent the fluid from moving backwards, away from the heart. Deep breathing is especially beneficial because breathing muscles squeeze the lymphatic thoracic duct, which dumps most of the body's lymph into the bloodstream.

Lymphatic Massage: Developed in the 1930s, lymphatic drainage is a delicate form of massage that stimulates the body’s lymphatic system, improving the metabolism, helping the body to eliminate waste and toxins and providing a boost to the immune system.

Massage: This is a general term for a range of therapeutic approaches with roots in both Eastern and Western cultures. Involves the practice of kneading or otherwise manipulating a person’s muscles and soft tissue.

Pilatesis an exercise method based on the work of Joseph Pilates. The method involves concentration and the coordination of breath and movement, thereby helping to balance mind and body.

External herbal poultices, compresses, liniments, and salves are also used to enhance the other therapeutic methods.

Turkish Bath: Taking a Turkish bath firstly involves relaxing in a room (known as the warm room) that is heated by a continuous flow of hot dry air allowing the bather to perspire freely. Bathers may then move to an ever hotter room (known as the hot room) before plunging themselves into a cold pool. After performing a full body wash and receiving a massage, bathers finally retire to the cooling-room for a period of relaxation.

Vichy Shower Massage: Relaxing massage performed under multiple shower heads. Water is heated to body temperature. This massage increases circulation and lymphatic flows, which aid the body in cleansing itself of toxins. This massage is an amazing experience.

Watsu: Sessions take place in chest-high warm water, and involves both massage and a series of flowing, dance-like movements. While beginning, Watsu givers usually rely on a learned sequence of moves, more advanced practitioners often use the "free flow" method. This spontaneous approach allows the giver to become increasingly open and free to intuit whatever movements emerge in response to the client's needs at the moment.

Wine Therapy:  Involves soothing the senses with arousing wine vapors.

Yoga:  Yoga is an ancient Indian body of knowledge that dates back more than 5000 years. The word "Yoga" came from the Sanskrit word "yuj" which means "to unite or integrate."  For body, mind and spirit to be integrated, emotion, action, and intelligence must be in balance. The Yogis formulated a way to achieve and maintain this balance and it is done through exercise, breathing, and meditation.
