Body Balance & Tru-boost There are only three components to health - at any age: 1) Exercise - Some are better than others [yoga, dance, singing etc], but all are good. "Use it or loose it." 2) nutrition - Organic and raw is best. Sufficient minerals - esp. from the oceans, As a supplement, I recommend Body Balance and Tru-Boost by Life Force. Note: You don't have to do the business, to buy the product. 3) Relaxation - At least a week, but if you really need to change your habits it will take about a month. All of the spas listed are recommended, but if you can't afford it try a National Park or at least get away from your usual environment. Half measures avail nothing and most likely will only lead to discouragement. "All healing comes from within." Although there may be help available, remember, most healing comes from yourself. Emergency methods are not long term cures. This information comes from my personal experience.
